| Amendment II: Additional Updates The purpose of this amendment is to include the updates as listed below. Restarting the application process is required because the HHS Checklist will be removed from the application package on March 24, 2021. Applicants should also note that implementation and enforcement of the PLGHA Standard Provision is waived effective immediately.
