This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will support the Republican Narcology Center (RNC) of Kyrgyzstan, with overarching goals to increase access to and quality of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for people who inject drugs (PWID); increase enrollment and retention in antiretroviral therapy (ART); and increase rates of viral suppression of people living with HIV (PLHIV) PWID. The NOFO will also strengthen the promotion and active linkage of PWID enrolled at ART and TB sites to MAT services; expand integrated MAT and ART service delivery; expand MAT for PWID populations in prison; and deliver targeted demand creation for MAT.
