This will include but not be limited to addressing technical challenges around multiplicity of information systems, sub-optimal interoperability and challenges related to unique person identification. The NOFO will develop automated and efficient processes aimed at generating high quality and rich information products for timely dissemination and decision making. More robust, efficient, nimble and open source HIS platforms are increasingly emerging from innovations. The NOFO will therefore continually respond to technological evolutions arising from such innovations.
