Additional Information on Eligibility: Applicants must be approved for funding under CDC Notice of Funding Opportunity RFA-DP-24-004 Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Research Centers in order to apply for SIP supplemental funding under this announcement.  On the SIP applicant’s SF424 (R&R), the institution’s legal name, EIN, and UEI (sections 8a, b and c of SF424) must match the information of the institution selected for funding under RFA-DP-24-004 as listed in the Notice of Award. Special eligibility may apply to each SIP that will be listed in the NOFO.
