Description: The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to form a collaborative research infrastructure between experts in relevant fields of healthcare-associated infections (HAI) and antibiotic resistance (AR) to respond to research priorities to protect patients. This network will conduct research to support the translation of basic, epidemiologic and technologic discoveries into new strategies for preventing HAIs, AR and other adverse events in all types of healthcare facilities in the United States.
