Description:: This is not a request for applications or inquiries. This is just an announcement that NPS and the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, Inc., have enetered into a task agreement together for the cooperator’s work on the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor.
The Cooperator agrees to:
1. Use funds made available under this agreement to support the NHA in a manner consistent with the legislation through the FY13 Work plan.

2. Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation.

3. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan.

4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.

5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
