Additional Information

Agency Name: Fish and Wildlife Service
Description: This project will build JV capacity to implement the suite of tools and tactics identified in the PPJV Strategic Communications Plan (e.g., workshops, tours, press releases, newsletters, website maintenance, etc.) to a range of audiences including private landowners, hunters, land managers, policy makers and others. These efforts are important to continuing to build trust with agricultural producers and other private landowners by showing how migratory bird conservation and agriculture can coexist and thrive. By furthering economic opportunities for the next generation of agricultural producers in the U.S. Prairie Pothole Region, migratory birds and other wildlife populations will continue to thrive in healthy, working grasslands.
