Additional Information on Eligibility: To be eligible for a grant, an organization must be a U.S. non-profit organization (as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and exempt from tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986) or a Public International Organization (PIO).
