It supports reforms, innovations, and significant improvements of postsecondary education that respond to problems of national significance and serve as national models. Under the FIPSE Program, the Secretary may make grants for special projects concerning areas of national need. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.116W.
