The purpose of this FOA is to select a Network Director for an effort to support a rolling testing campaign, the TEAMER Program. TEAMER will provide developers access to Marine and Hydrokinetic (MHK) testing facilities. TEAMER will also lend technical expertise to assist with numerical modeling and data collection. TEAMER will be a collaborative effort including universities as well as already established national laboratories and National Marine Renewable Energy Centers (NMRECs).
