The Department of Energy (DOE), through its National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) and EERE’s Building Technologies Program, is offering this grant to support applied research in the Solid-State Lighting (SSL) US Manufacturing Program. This grant is for the primary purpose of achieving significant cost reduction in solid-state lighting for general illumination. This will be accomplished through advancements in manufacturing equipment, processes, or techniques.
