Description: | Amendment 000002 to DE-FOA-0001730 – This Amendment is to embed a revised, fillable Budget Justification Form (as per Section IV. Applications and Submission Information, part C. Content and Application) in order to supersede an unnavigable/corrupt Form previously utilized.
Amendment 000001: The purpose of the previous Amendment was to increase the total Estimated Funding of this Funding Opportunity and increase the Anticipated Award Size Range for Topic Area 6 from $350,000 to $600,000. The Period of Performance for Topic Area 6 is also revised from 24-36 months to 36 months. Appropriate changes have been made within this FOA under Section II – Award Information. The objective of this FOA is to solicit and competitively award university-based R&D projects that address and resolve scientific challenges and applied engineering technology issues associated with advancing the performance and efficiency of combustion turbines in combined cycle applications (e.g., IGCC/NGCC) in fossil fuel power generation.
