This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS’s intention to fund the following project activities WITHOUT FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, under Cooperative Agreement P18AC00730 with Austin Peay State University, for a project titled; Analyze New & Established Data to Develop Alternatives for Managing Hydrilla

Description: The goal of this project is to utilize and cross-reference new and established data sets to better determine highest priority sites for management or control of hydrilla. Obed WSR has three very thorough and unique data sets that, though useful alone, can be combined to provide data that can be of great value for management of listed mussels and fish as well as prioritization and control of hydrilla sites.
