SharePoint Changes – Table adjustments in SharePoint, Form modifications, Change source for Summary excel file housed in SharePoint b. Coordinator Database (Access) – i. Redo import function to copy current year data into archive table, Upload archive tables onto SharePoint, Delete data from working tables on SharePoint, Rework all queries to grab data from archive tables instead of working tables. Data Entry Form Changes – Reports – Modify reports in the coordinator and cooperator database to reflect all changes implemented above.
