Specifically, HDP agrees to:
1. Establish and continue on with the contract to develop Economic Impacts Studies on NHAs in the Northeast Region and beyond.
2. Take the lead in developing and drafting a contract for these services.
3. Advise and collaborate with the consultant teams to proceed with the contracted project.
4. Plan and participate in calls to guide this initiative.
5. Coordinate logistics for establishing the project and ensuring its completion.
6. Provide reports to the Northeast Region National Heritage Areas on progress and final findings of the Study.
