Eligible entities are limited to organizations described in section 501 (c) (3) of 1986 and exempt from taxation under 501(a) of that Code, as in existence on the date of enactment of this Act, the focus of which is the operations and preservation of a covered memorial. described in the previous sentence. Eligible entities must own and/or operate a covered memorial, as defined above. |
