Eligible Applicants: | State governments |
Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligible applicants under the Fiscal Year 2010 RCPGP include the pre-designated eleven (11) high-risk, high-consequence urban areas within the ten (10) RCPGP sites that received funding under RCPGP in the FY 2009 grant cycle. Tables 1 and 2 in the Fiscal Year 2010 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program Guidance and Application Kit list the allocations available to each RCPGP site and pre-designated high-risk, high-consequence urban area through the Fiscal Year 2010 RCPGP.
The Governor of each State and territory is required to designate a State Administrative Agency (SAA) to apply for and administer the funds awarded under the RCPGP. The SAA is the only entity eligible to apply to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for RCPGP funds. |
