This Notice provides a summary form for the most impacted and distressed areas with unmet recovery needs thresholds that was requested by a commenter during the required Paperwork Reduction Act comment period. For clarity, this Notice makes conforming changes to the Crosswalk Checklist in Appendix J and adds the new form to the NOFAs list of Attachments to be submitted. HUD is also updating the NOFA to include the extension of the Phase 1 deadline, conforming the duration of the comment period required for Phase 2 with the one required for Phase 1, and correcting miscellaneous format and terminology errors. For the ease of the reader, HUD is republishing the amended NOFA, Appendix A, Appendix G, and Appendix J in their entirety in this Notice. THE APPLICATION DEADLINE REMAINS MARCH 27, 2015.
