The successful implementer will seek qualified professionals with a strong background and demonstrated success in increasing the capacity of institutions in the areas of legal reform, and investigation and prosecutions of corruption cases. The awardee will work with Central American judicial institutions to develop and implement necessary policies and processes to guarantee transparency in government and the active participation of civil society, and strengthen the ability of institutions and actors to effectively prepare and sentence cases. |
