The purpose of this program is to identify one provider to support a collaborative team and coordinate training and technical assistance (TTA) for state, tribal, and local criminal justice and substance abuse treatment agencies and their partner agencies for more than 400 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Program (COSSAP) site-based programs. TTA may also be delivered to other entities needing such support. This TTA program is designed to complement the site-based competitive solicitation. |
