Where a state agency is an applicant, this solicitation is intended to support law enforcement and its partnering mental health agency to plan a coordinated response in the field.BJA will only accept applications that demonstrate the proposed program will be administered jointly by an agency with responsibility for criminal or juvenile justice activities, such as law enforcement, and a mental health agency.
