| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligible applicants are limited to for-profit (commercial) organizations, nonprofit organizations (including tribal nonprofit and for-profit organizations), faith-based and community organizations, and institutions of higher learning with demonstrated expertise in assisting communities to develop, implement, and enhance drug courts. For-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee. |
