(Throughout this solicitation, each reference to a “state” or “states” includes all 56 jurisdictions.) The expected eligible allocations by state for the fiscal year (FY) 2021 JAG Program can be found at: Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 State Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Allocations (ojp.gov). All recipients and subrecipients (including any for-profit organization) must forgo any profit or management fee. |
