| Description: | The purpose of this solicitation is to invite an applicant to submit a proposal for supplemental funding to support Phase 3 of an evaluation to the examine the effectiveness of grants used by the Department of Justice, specifically the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), to support offender reentry and recidivism reduction programs at the State, local, Tribal, and Federal levels. The evaluation will assist NIJ fulfill the legislative mandates in Section 507 of the First Step Act (FSA) of 2018.
