| Additional Information on Eligibility: | OES/OPA expects to award a single grant of $123,750; however various projects may be included under this single grant. Preference will be given to a U.S.-based or international NGO that partners with a local Caribbean-based NGO for all or part of this project. Preference may also be given to projects that are transferable to other islands within the Wider Caribbean, that engage both the public and private sectors, and that are likely to lead to continuing long-term efforts to combat this type of pollution. |
