| Description: |
The purpose of this award is to provide travel and logistics services on behalf of capacity building projects implemented by INL in Honduras. The goal of the award is to provide timely, responsive implementation of distinct rule of law, citizen security, and law enforcement projects. The selected organization will provide programmatic, logistical, and administrative support and work closely with designated project managers to determine implementation needs, arrange travel and events, and provide reimbursements to individual participants and trainers. The selected organization will continuously advise the designated project manager on the expenditure of funds, and when needed, work to prioritize activities to avoid overcommitting resources. |
