Description of requirement: The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: This Cooperative Agreement is entered into between the Prairie Pothole Joint Venture (PPJV) and Pheasants Forever, Inc (PF) to deliver technical assistance to improve wildlife habitat in the PPJV. Through this agreement, we will support a PF Farm Bill Biologist (FBB) stationed within the PPJV. This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B (4), which allows for award without competition to an applicant based on Unique Qualifications – The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, if applicable, technical expertise, or other such unique qualifications. |
