Description: Recipient will:

-Work in partnership with the NPS, National Symphony Orchestra (NSO), and Architect of the Capitol (AOC) to produce and televise a Memorial Day and Independence Day celebratory program featuring the National Symphony Orchestra from the West Lawn of the United States Capitol for the benefit of millions of Americans across the world. 
-Organize, coordinate and execute all affairs related to the television production and concert presentation as agreed upon with the NPS and NSO (including the selection of the conductor), securing all performers, manage all production-related equipment, production personnel, and services necessary to the broadcast of the event. 
-Work jointly with NPS on the planning, set-up and take down of the venue.
