Additional Information on Eligibility: Awards are available only to Water Research Institutes or Centers established pursuant to the provisions of section 104 of the Water Resources Research Act and listed at
(http://water.usgs.gov/wrri/index.php). However, any investigator at an institution of higher learning in the United States is eligible to apply for an award through a Water Research Institute or Center. The application consisting of a full proposal along with the SF-424 and SF-424B and all required budget forms must be submitted through grants.gov (http://www.grants.gov) by the university at which the Institute or Center is located. Proposals requesting matching funds from an Institute or Center are authorized at the discretion of the Institute or Center Director.
