The DHS Science and Technology Office of University Programs is seeking accredited U.S. colleges and universities to lead a Terrorism Prevention and Counterterrorism Research (TPCR) Center of Excellence (COE) consortium. Eligible institutions can also apply to be a partner to the COE through a separate NOFO process. Selected individual projects will be chosen from applications submitted for either the Center Lead or Center Partner NOFO. Refer to NOFO Number DHS-19-ST-061-TPCR-Lead for application instructions.
