The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Office of University Programs (OUP) is offering a grant to accredited U.S. colleges and universities. This grant is for the purpose of leading a consortium of universities to establish a Center for Cross-Border Threat Screening and Supply Chain Defense (CBTS). The goal of this initiative is to enhance national security through advanced research and development in threat screening and supply chain resilience. OUP is also accepting separate proposals for single projects from institutions wishing to partner with this Center of Excellence. Qualified individual projects will be selected from applications submitted under both lead and partner opportunities.
