The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) is offering this grant to support critical Internet Freedom programs worldwide. This grant is specifically for organizations proposing innovative initiatives designed to protect the open, interoperable, secure, and reliable Internet, directly aligning with the U.S. International Strategy for Cyberspace. DRL’s primary goal is to promote and safeguard human rights, including fundamental freedoms of expression, association, and assembly, while also ensuring the unrestricted free flow of information online.
