Description: The goal of this project is to help communities utilize science and technology and share best practices to manage their local water resources.

The objectives of this project include:
A. Expand participation in the Urban Waters Learning Network to include communities that are part of the Urban Waters Federal Partnership.

B. Assist participants in the Urban Waters Learning Network with their community-led urban waters restoration projects to develop sustainable projects that improve urban waters.

C. Identify specific community and organization needs for conserving water resources and inform Federal agency partners to improve the effectiveness of their support to urban waters organizations.

D. Provide technical assistance to build capacity and effectiveness of organizations working on urban waters projects that have critical needs that are barriers to success.
