EPA’s National Clean Diesel Campaign Grant for Emerging Technologies to Reduce Diesel Emissions and Create Jobs
This grant, offered by EPA’s National Clean Diesel Campaign, aims to provide funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Its primary purpose is to support projects that reduce diesel emissions and maximize job creation and preservation through the use, development, and commercialization of emerging technologies. Eligible emerging technologies are defined as devices or systems reducing emissions from diesel engines or equipment, which have not yet been EPA or CARB certified but have an approved application and test plan for verification. Projects must be able to commence expeditiously. Only technologies officially listed on EPA’s Emerging Technology List qualify for this funding.
