Modifications were made to this Request for Applications (RFA) to reflect the following changes: 1). Made “Attachments” its own section, Section IV.F., moving “Confidential Business Information” to Section IV.G. 2). Reference to “Section IV.G.” on Pages 31 and 33 removed – that section did not exist. 3). Added the following language to Section IV.D., “Narrative Information Sheet”, on page 30: “Cooperative partners – provide names and phone numbers of individuals and organizations that have agreed to participate in the implementation of the project, if any.” 4). Lastly, in Section V.A., Evaluation Criteria, under the “Performance Measurement: Anticipated Outcomes and Outputs” criterion, had a word change from “A realistic approach to how the project will lead to measurable long-term outcomes and short-term outputs, including qualitative, quantitative, environmental, social, or economic measures.”, TO “A realistic approach to how the project will lead to measurable long-term outcomes and short-term outputs, including qualitative, quantitative, environmental, social, and economic measures.” All other information in the RFA remains the same. Please refer to the revised RFA found under the “Related Documents” tab. |
