Additional Information on Eligibility: This is a Notice of Intent to fund this project through the CESU program to the University of Wyoming due to their unique skills, experience and access to needed data. This Single Source Award is being awarded in accordance with DOI Policy 505 DM2.14 (4).

Description: This project will provide continued monitoring of species listed as Threatened or Endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Specifically, the Wyoming Natural Diversity Database (WYNDD) will continue monitoring activities associated with Colorado butterfly plant (Oenothera coloradoensis) and Preble’s Meadow Jumping Mouse (Zapus hudsonius preblei; hereafter Preble’s) on F.E. Warren Air Force Base (FEWAFB) near the city of Cheyenne, Wyoming in southeast Wyoming. This project contributes to FEWAFB management plans and to species recovery efforts.
