The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposes to enter into a Cooperative Agreement for an estimated $401,000 with the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM) to further our shared mission to mitigate the losses, costs, and human suffering caused by flooding and to promote the wise use of the natural and beneficial functions of floodplains.
