U.S. non-profit, non-governmental organizations must provide a copy of their Section 501(c)(3) or (4) status determination letter received from the Internal Revenue Service.

Description: This program is directed to advancing landscape level migratory bird conservation within the Harney Basin in southeast Oregon. Priorities are the direct benefits to migratory birds by creating and supporting place based collaboratives advancing protection of traditional flood irrigation practices on private lands as well as addressing invasive species on USFWS and private lands. Funds are authorized under Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.c. 742a-754; Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act of 1958, 16 U.S.c. 661-667(e); Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. 2901-2911; Migratory Bird Treaty Act, 16 U.S.C. 709a
