The HP-ITD awards are available to States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The FMCSA may award HP-ITD funds to eligible applicants that have an approved program plan as outlined in the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act. Individuals and businesses are not eligible to apply for HP-ITD funding.

FMCSA will be hosting the FY2019 High Priority (HP) Grant funding conference webinar on March 27th, 2019 from 2pm – 3:30pm Eastern.

This webinar will review the FY19 HP Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) requirements specific to the following programs, and will provide an opportunity for prospective applicants to ask questions:

• Enforcement of Safe CMV Operation and Compliance with Safety Regulations;
• Innovative Technology Deployment Program (ITD);
• Performance and Registration Information Systems Management (PRISM); and
• State Safety Data Quality (SSDQ).
