The FY 2022 CMVOST grant program is authorized under 49 U.S.C. § 31103, as modified by Section 23001(b) of Public Law 117-58 (2021), the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Final funding amounts are subject to the availability of funding appropriated by Congress. |
