FPAC is announcing the availability of cooperative agreement funding to assess how best to resolve institutional and policy-related barriers in USDA to Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) participation and to market CRP to a diverse set of potential participants. The project will culminate in the funding recipient working with FSA to pilot the solution identified by the assessment. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and academic institutions are eligible to submit a statement of interest by July 23, 2022. Up to $1,000,000 is available to conduct the assessment. For new users of Grants.gov, see Section D. for information about steps required before submitting an application via Grants.gov.
Key Dates
Applicants must submit a brief statement of interest via Grants.gov by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on August 1, 2022. For technical issues with Grants.gov, contact Grants.gov Applicant Support at 1- 800-518-4726 or support@grants.gov. Awarding agency staff cannot support applicants regarding Grants.gov accounts. Selected applicants will be invited by August 11, 2022 to submit a full application by September 1, 2022 directly to the Federal awarding agency contact (section G of this NFO) and not via Grants.gov, with awards executed by September 30, 2022.
