Description: This is NOT a request for applications. This is an announcement that Freedom’s Way Heritage Association has ALREADY been selected for this award. As such,
FWHA agrees to:

1. Develop and implement projects associated with the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in Attachment A – FY13 Work Plan and Budget.

2. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the development and eventual implementation of the Management Plan.

3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in developing a management plan.

4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.

5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
