Agency Name: National Park Service
Description: The objective of this Task Agreement is to collaborate on habitat restoration at in the Lower Rodeo Valley. This project will restore habitat in the Lower Rodeo Valley by removing cape ivy over an area of approximately 15 acres. Following cape ivy removal, the project area will be revegetated through a combination of passive and active revegetation. The Lower Rodeo Valley is a highly visited area of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and includes Rodeo Beach and the Coastal Trail. This project will restore habitat and improve visitor experience for the many visitors who come to Rodeo Beach and walk the Coastal Trail.
