This grant, offered for the continuation of the Cure Glomerulonephropathy (CureGN) Network, aims to extend crucial support to Participating Clinical Centers (PCCs). CureGN is a vital multicenter observational cohort study dedicated to improving care for glomerular disease patients. The PCCs will continue to follow previously enrolled participants while selectively enrolling new ones. Their primary objectives are to optimize participant retention strategies and develop innovative methods for remote or virtual study participation. Furthermore, PCCs are responsible for ensuring comprehensive and accurate data and biosample collection, with a specific focus on the clinical assessment of disease activity and outcomes. This initiative is pivotal for advancing understanding and treatment of glomerular diseases.
