This HEAL Initiative grant is for establishing a Data2Action (D2A) Research Adoption Support Center. This center’s core purpose is to provide comprehensive coordination and implementation support for HEAL D2A Innovation Projects. Specifically, it aims to assist funded projects in the crucial selection and deployment of evidence-based practices to effectively address identified needs. Beyond direct project support, the Center will offer essential logistical coordination for the entire D2A initiative, actively engage with key stakeholders, and conduct rapid-turnaround studies in response to stakeholder-identified priorities. Finally, it will perform a formative evaluation of the overall HEAL D2A Program, ensuring robust oversight and program enhancement.
