This grant is for institutions to serve as the Leadership and Data Coordinating Center (LDCC) for the Sleep Predictors of Opioid Use Disorders (OUD) Treatment and Outcomes Program. The core objectives are to uncover novel mechanisms underlying the bidirectional interrelationship between sleep/circadian rhythms and OUD, and to delineate sleep/circadian-based predictors of OUD treatment response and outcomes. The selected LDCC will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and analyzing data from a multi-site common protocol focused on sleep/circadian rhythm measures. The comprehensive data analysis will facilitate the development of a robust predictive model for OUD medication treatment response and outcomes, ultimately advancing our understanding and improving treatment strategies for individuals with OUD.
