The Health Department is offering the Developing Sustained Release Strategies for HIV Treatment or Prevention Grant to fund projects focusing on sustained release strategies for HIV treatment or prevention. Grants will support the development of treatment or prevention products that offer sustained release platforms, such as oral, injection, implant, or direct delivery to HIV target mucosa. The goal is to provide a minimum of 1 week for oral treatment or a minimum of once a month for all other drug delivery systems for prevention and treatment protection/efficacy.
