| Description: | The purpose of this FOA is to support the provision of HIV prevention, care, and treatment TA and, in select programs, DSD for targeted, priority, and key populations at facility and community levels in 27 priority high HIV and TB/HIV burden districts in RSA. The expected outcomes of this FOA are: support to RSA in achieving UNAIDS 90-90-90 goals for HIV control, and the STOP TB 90-90-90 goals (proposed) for TB control; and improved efficiency and effectiveness of TA and DSD, for general, priority, and key populations. This will directly contribute to HIV and TB/HIV epidemic control in RSA. |
