The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Planning Research and Evaluation (OPRE), within the Administration for Children and Families, is offering this grant to establish the Family Self-Sufficiency and Stability Research Scholars Network. This grant is for Principal Investigators to join a collaborative network dedicated to investigating critical issues in family self-sufficiency and stability. Scholars will undertake scientifically rigorous, multi-disciplinary research and program evaluation, addressing gaps in policies, programs, and existing research. They will work independently and collectively, collaborating with state and local human services agencies, community-based organizations, and other network members to advance understanding and inform relevant programs.
