The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is offering the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) grant. This grant is designed to select up to 25 communities to develop and implement coordinated, comprehensive community approaches to prevent and end youth homelessness for individuals aged 24 and under, including unaccompanied and pregnant or parenting youth. Continuums of Care (CoCs) Collaborative Applicants may apply, requiring partnership with a youth action board and public child welfare agencies.
